Last updated: 2026-05-09

Exempt status

In accordance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. § 2257), avbase.org is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any of the visually depicted content on or accessible through this website.

This Service indexes publicly available metadata (titles, identifiers, magnet URIs, file manifests) sourced from third-party platforms, primarily sukebei.nyaa.si. AVBase does not upload, host, encode, edit, or otherwise create any sexually explicit visual content.

Records custodian

The original producers of any sexually explicit visual content referenced by indexed metadata are responsible for compliance with § 2257 record-keeping obligations. AVBase has no possession of, or access to, performer identity records, age-verification documents, or production records. Inquiries regarding such records must be directed to the original producer or the upstream source platform.

Performer age policy

AVBase has a zero-tolerance policy against any depiction of minors. Any listing identified as containing, depicting, or describing a minor will be removed from the index immediately upon notice or detection, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities and upstream operators where applicable.
