DMCA & Copyright Policy

Service Nature

Mole operates solely as an automated search index for publicly available metadata provided by third-party sources. Mole does not host, upload, store, or transmit any media files, video streams, or copyright-protected content.

Third-Party Hosting & Content

Because Mole does not control or host any underlying content, removing a listing from Mole does not remove the actual files from the internet or the third-party networks where they reside. Copyright holders seeking the removal of infringing material should directly contact the web hosts, indexers, or network operators actually hosting or broadcasting the content.

Notice & Removal

We respect intellectual property rights and may, at our sole discretion, suppress or delist specific search results or forwarded metadata when appropriate. As an automated indexing tool without dedicated staff, we do not maintain an on-site contact form or designated agent.
